Netley School is a leading UK centre for autism in central London. They wanted a motivational speaker to lead an exciting launch event for staff who were about to embark on a new programme of peer coaching.

The client said they wanted an engaging speaker for a teacher and staff conference. They wanted Christopher to inspire them, motivate the group to embrace the changes about to happen and talk about the power of changing mindsets and cultures.

Christopher knew that in any organization you have some people who will embrace change as something positive and others who are more cautious and sceptical. So he designed a talk using magic to illustrate the opportunities that change always holds for us. He also wanted it to be relevant so he offered exercises that participants could immediately put to work in their own personal context.

I would highly recommend Christopher to any organisation looking for an inspirational and motivating speaker. The magic and activities were incredibly engaging. He delivered the key messages calmly and effectively and had the audience totally captivated.

Beforehand, Christopher was diligent, extremely professional and well organised in discussing the event to find out our objectives and scope. He planned it to ensure the whole session had intriguing practical elements to highlight the theoretical knowledge he shared.

His talk really resonated with all of our staff, making them reflect on their practice and how our organisation can work more effectively. It was refreshing to see how he used ‘magic’ to highlight how our mindset affects us and how we can open our mind to new possibilities.
